I am trying to learn all I can about Tennessee Walkers?
I have owned and ridden several other breeds, but would like to learn more about Tennessee Walkers. Any info or advice would be appreciated.

While most of the basics are the same, riding a gaited horse is different.
There are ways to cue a horse up in gait, ways to control the speed of the gait, recognizing the different gaits and such.
One of the very best resources are GAITS OF GOLD. Google for the book and they also have a website.
TWH's can be a bit hotter than a Fox trotter, at least from my experience. But if you get one that gaits out well, they are a blast.
I would look for some breeders in your area and go talk to them. They can help you out a lot. You can search through goodle or go through the breed website and look for breeders.
Their website has lots of good information for you: http://www.twhbea.com/
