Is it a law that professional dog walkers have to pick up poop in New Jersey?
I know the law states that dog owners must pick up the poop, but what if a dog walker has 8 different dogs? Someone told me that they are exempt. Is this true?

You'd have to check the laws, but probably what you were fed was a line. You are responsible for all 8 dogs when you are walking them. So make that number closer to maybe 2 at a time, and you should have no problem stopping to be able to pick up poop.

I don’t know if this is true, but I very much doubt they would get away with leaving it, l feel that whoever is in charge of the dog when it poos is responsible for cleaning it up, if they don’t want to clean in, then they shouldn’t be walking the dogs.
I hate to see dog poo in the streets and have often confronted people who have tried to walk away.
I really doubt that. If they cannot handle 8 dogs and clean their poop at the same time, then they need to walk less dogs.
I dont know about the laws – but it’d be pretty disgusting if they didn’t. Why would they be any different from anyone else? If it’s one thing I can’t stand more it’s irresponsible dog owners leaving waste everywhere! Bring a bag, clean it up, use the trash can. Simple.
