My new walker has given me a freedom that I haven’tknow in several years. I took it to a product show over a weekend recently, and it allowed me to tour the entire show easily. It moved freely, and, equally important, it stopped still when I needed it still. It provided me with a chair whenever my legs and back needed one. I could move at my own pace, stop and sit when needed, consult with vendors, artists, and friends at length. This is great! I have mobility that I haven’t seen since the arthritis set in. I should have done this three years ago.

I’m 36 and have Multiple Sclerosis. I had to get a walker because my balance is too far off now to be stable with just a cane. I was actually a little nervous about getting one with wheels, but this walker is wonderful. The basket makes it handy and the seat is great when I need to rest. Everyone in my office uses it as a chair when they come visit (seriously). It’s extremely easy to fold and unfold and sturdy. I didn’t want to use a walker but have to say that I love this one and haven’t fallen once while using it.

This is a fantasty handicap item for people who cannot walk around good without a walking tool for them to use. My wife just loves it and can walk around now at longer distance.Walkabout 8″ Wheel Folding Deluxe Lite Rollator with Loop Brakes, Padded Seat and Basket, Blue

I’ve had major spinal reconstruction and can’t walk or stand for very long, so I hoped this would be helpful on a vacation I was planning. I did some research prior to ordering and was convinced the larger wheels would be beneficial since I was mainly planning to use this outdoors. My daughter, grandchildren & I went on a trip, and it was not too difficult for either of us to lift it out of the trunk. It was easily assembled when I received it, and my husband showed us how to remove the back rest & one handle in order to get the rest of the luggage in the trunk. It doesn’t need to have any pieces removed if I’m taking it shopping, but it might need to have them removed for a mid-size or smaller car; however, it is very easy to reassemble. This walker was so helpful and enabled me to rest whenever I needed to. I had no trouble on any type of surface, even grass. I got the higher weight capacity because I knew I would probably have one of my grandchildren on my lap whenever I sat down. It seemed most of the reviews I read were for 90-yr. old grannies needing help getting around the house, and I definitely don’t fall in that category. This walker would probably be an “overkill” for that type of situation. Even though it is very easy to maneuver, it is larger that ones I’ve seen elderly people using. It has been great for giving me increased mobility outdoors and other public settings.
